Engineer: 8 person
Responsibility: micro-electronics production
Requirement:
1.male, good eyesight
2.bachelor degree or above
3.majored in semiconductor ( technology or material), micro-electronics
technique or optoelectronics (engineer degree).
4. person with relevant experience have priority.

Quality test: 2 person
Responsibility: Quality testing and environment testing on products
Requirement:
1.bachelor degree or above
2.majored in semiconductor, optical instrument or physics.

Operator: 30 person
Requirement:
1. graduated from school of technology or vocational school and majored
in electronics or semiconductor technology
2. eyesight is above 1.0
3. good at operation
4. age is below 30.
5. person with relevant experience have priority.

Research and Development (total 10)
Structure Design Engineer: 3 person
Responsibility: device package design
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Majored in electromechanical integration, mechanical or relevant
3. 2 years working experience.

High Frequency Circuit Engineer: 7 person
Responsibility: high frequency design on optoelectronics module and circuit
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Majored in electromagnetic field and microwave technique or relevant
3. 2 years working experience.

Marketing (total: 2 person)
Marketing manager: 2 person
Responsibility:
1.collect the advanced and updated information on electro-optics and
optical communications
2.provide feasible suggestion on company development direction in time.
3. Argument and investigate on the new project.
Requirement: 
1. master degree or above or bachelor degree with middle technical post.
2. majored in optoelectronics and optical communications

Engineering
Engineer of water supply and sewage: 2 person
Responsibility:
1.Maintenance and repair of water supply and sewage on production base
2. Keep watch the clean water station that used for production
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3 years relevant experience.

Central Heating System Engineer: 3 person
Responsibility:
1. Heat -supply of the production base
2. Maintenance of the refrigeration facilities
3. Maintenance of the heat exchange system on living area in winter
Requirement: 
1. bachelor degree or above
2. 3 years experience on this special field.
3. know how to operate and maintenance
