CTO, graduated from Tsinghua University, physics department. He was vice principal of Beijing Industry University, professor in University of California, professor of Toronto University, senior engineer of Corning Inc. He has 40+ publications in Journals and he is an IEEE senior member.

Yang DeWei
Chief engineer, researcher, national specalist. He began research in LiNbO3 integrated optics from 1982. He conducted and completed two 863 projects, six national science and technology projects, several new products development. He received Science & Technology Awards, 3rd class, Guanghua Science & Technology Foundation Awards, 3rd class. 20 technical reports and 10 publications.

Wu Qi
Senior consultant, Ph.D in Toronto University. He received Best Doctorial Research Awards in Canada.He was scientist and development management in Nortel Networks and project manager in Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He has 13 U.S. patents and 30 publications.He started up a high tech enterprise and push it to capital market. Rich experiences from production development to marking.
